This is a ground floor apartment and offers one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath) a delightful sitting room with a large fireplace and log-burning stove (electric). This room is comfortably furnished to a high standard.

A smartly fitted kitchen/breakfast room with microwave, fridge/freezer electric cooker and all the usual and necessary equipment. There is a wealth of original oak beams throughout giving a really olde world and cosy feel to the property.

Electric storage heating and colour TV, radio, video, DVD and CD player. Storage heater and hot water costs are included in the rental.

All linen is included in the rental and beds will be made up before arrival. There is a washing machine on site for guests to use. There is a large garden with plenty of seating and free access to B.B.Q for alfresco cuisine. Electricity is by £1.00 coin meter. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at our discretion
