This is a ground floor apartment. It is the link building between the old Mill and the main house.

Double bedroom with double/twin beds. This room has a large picture window and looks out over the rear garden with its pond and water meadow beyond.

The kitchen is galley style and equipped with electric cooker, fridge with icebox and a microwave, all necessary crockery and cutlery. From this room there is direct access into the rear garden via a little bridge over the Mill tailrace with the 12ft waterwheel immediately on the left.

The sitting room has a fireplace with electric fire and is comfortably furnished with easy chairs and a dining area.

Electric storage heating and colour TV, radio, video, DVD and CD player.

All linen is included in the rental and beds will be made up before arrival. There is a washing machine on site for guests to use. There is a large garden with plenty of seating and free access to B.B.Q for alfresco cuisine.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at our discretion.
